The most embarrassing missing pedestrian leg, continued

I wonder if this stupid missing pedestrian leg at Lightpath is still there.

Yes it is. And you still cannot turn right from those off-ramps.

So you could have your green phase while that off-ramp on the left has green. This is so inanely stupid I wonder if it is done this way on purpose. Maybe the plebs in those little apartments has to be kept away from our Lightpath.

Note the little planting area in the foreground. There is some kind of sculpture on there as well. They certainly made sure it is permanent.
